Every order ships complimentary — no minimums, no exceptions. Orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days of purchase. Because each order is inspected before it leaves our fulfillment partner, we don't rush this step; you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email us at hello@dozysheets.com and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your order.
We back every order with a 100-day trial. Sleep on your sheets, wash them, live with them — if they don't genuinely improve your sleep, or you simply don't love them, you can return them within 100 days of delivery for a full refund.
Email hello@dozysheets.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is on us for your first order. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund and send a confirmation email.
Want a different color, material, or size instead? The easiest way is to place a new order for the item you'd like and return the original under the 100-day trial above. If you'd rather we handle the swap directly, email us and we'll take care of it.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@dozysheets.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
